This speech gives me goose bumps every time and to think he was only 20 years old in this video clip. 2pac had a plan that was greater then hip-hop music and he never had the chance to fulfill it. At the end of the day he was for the people his heart was in the right place. I often think, what would hip-hop be like if 2pac was around today. Then I often think with my peoples what if 2pac was down with SFA ….
